Can I see my previous orders?

Yes, you can. You may see all your orders by logging into “My account” and clicking on “My orders”. You will see the receipts for all your previous orders.

What is the difference between Billing Address and Shipping Address?

To finalise the purchase successfully, you must enter where you wish to receive the bill for your order (Billing Address) and the address to which we should send your goods (Shipping Address). Both addresses will normally be the same as your Registered Address, which you gave when you registered for the first time. If this is the case, you do not need to complete your details again, only mark the box "Use Registered Address".
